I then met my new dentist, Dr. Serena Waterworth, who was extremely professional and friendly. I had x-rays taken by Lewis who did a fantastic job. X-rays can be difficult for me but he worked with me to make the process as easy as possible. He provided me patient education and was funny - making the experience so much better. My exam and cleaning with Dr.Waterworth was absolutely the most thorough and educational experience I have ever had with any dentist in my life. She spoke to me about some tips that I had never heard about before to help maintain the health of my teeth. Plus, I was blown away by her dedication to providing outstanding customer service. She is truly a patient-first doctor. Together with her assistant Lewis, I had a superb customer experience. They are truly a dynamic duo! I have never written a review about my dental experience before and have visited other modem dentistries across the Portland area that were all great. Gresham Modern Dentistry has proven to excel in all aspects of modern, patient-focused dental care.
