Jade has done my cleaning the last two times, she is super sweet and gentle. The atmosphere is very calming in her office.

My husband and I went in for an evaluation. My experience was amazing, they were gentle and kind. The gentleman at the front was very informative about process and billing. My husband had a different experience. His experience was great until he was checking out with the female receptionist. She was extremely snippy and aggressive with him for asking billing questions. He was upset enough to request someone else to speak with him, so she glared at him the entire time he was in the waiting room on the way out. Great for the most part. Avoid the female receptionist. 4 stars for customer service.

Dr. Karam Roberto and hygienist Kimberly were absolutely fantastic. They immediately put my anxiety at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone at the clinic, from the front desk staff to the employees passing by in the halls who took the time to say hello, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've never had a dental experience that felt worth writing a review about—until now. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely continue seeing Dr. Roberto and Kimberly!
