Dr Horacek has provided great care since the change in ownership . My wife and I have been seeing Jen as our hygienist for over 3 years and have never had such exceptional care. She is thorough, very informative, gentle and is the best we have had Her many years of experience shows in all aspects of her care. She makes a patient feel heard and comfortable in the appointment and I enjoy the conversation. I didn’t have a bad experience with another hygienist in the office, but make sure you ask to stay with Jen or they will move your appointment and not inform you of the change. I would like to have the choice to reschedule and didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. There has been quite a bit of staff turnover. But Jen is still there, with Alandra in back and they are the best of the business. After many bad experiences with dentists, rude employees and painful hygienists it’s wonderful to be where you’re cares for and look forward to seeing your Hygienist
